Nickel and Ivy Properties was founded by EJ and Kylie to acquire and manage multi-family properties in the greater Buffalo area, rooted in honest dealings and responsible ownership.
We started with a straightforward goal: build a portfolio of well-managed rental properties by working directly with property owners. No middlemen, no drawn-out processes. Just fair offers and reliable follow-through.
We live on-site at our first property. The separate entrance ADU operates as a mid-term rental and is performing well with travel nurses and professionals. That hands-on experience informs how we evaluate and manage every deal.
EJ
EJ has held positions of increasing scope across the CPG industry over the past decade. He brings analytical rigor and operating discipline to the partnership and is a lifelong learner who takes the same approach to real estate: study the market, model the deal, act with conviction.
Kylie
Kylie is co-founder and property manager. She runs leasing, tenant relations, and day-to-day property operations.
